About

EURx tracks European restructurings from the primary record

Independent research on distressed European credits, built for people who would rather read the filing than the headline.

Every piece says where it came from

Numbers, counterparties, dates and terms are taken from court filings, dockets, scheme and plan documents, judgments and witness statements wherever those exist. When press reporting is used to fill a gap, the piece says so.

Each case summary ends with a sourcing note that separates what came from the court record and what came from reporting, so you can check the work yourself.

Public information only

EURx uses public sources only. It does not use expert networks, private-side material or anything that could be material non-public information.
